- Until fully paid, Buyer agrees devices may be subject to lawful recovery or repossession.
5. GOVERNING LAW
This Promissory Note is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
6. DIGITAL SIGNATURE VALIDITY (RA 8792)
This document is executed electronically. The parties agree that electronic signatures—typed, drawn, or affixed through a signing platform—shall have the same legal force and effect as handwritten signatures. Electronic execution satisfies any requirement for a written and signed instrument under applicable Philippine law, including the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792).
